Meet Brian Patrick Jensen

Brian Patrick Jensen is a father, business leader, writer and passionate orator. In addition to serving as Senior Human Resources Executive, Marketing and Operations Directors and General Manager for his employers, Brian is a college lecturer, top-ranked Vistage speaker, disability advocate and consulting entrepreneur renowned throughout his career for his spirited presentations and straight-talk.

An outspoken champion for workplace change, Brian has built award-winning human resources organizations  and corporate university programs and earned multiple “Top Workplace” distinctions for his employers. His credits include “HR Department of the Year” and “HR Person of the Year”.

In 2010 Brian suffered abrupt and profound hearing loss while then serving as top human resource executive.  Brian endeavored to speak and write about the life-changing account by adding “Perseverance” to his training repertoire and by advocating on the stump for people with hearing loss. Mr. Jensen’s advocacy has continued in recent years with Communication Service for  the Deaf, Inc. where he held various talent building, workplace leadership and business development roles. Brian Patrick Jensen grew up in Pennsauken, New Jersey and received his Masters in Education at Bucknell University.  Brian has two grown daughters and currently resides in Austin Texas.  His personal story of perseverance compliments his business lectures, which have inspired audiences nationwide.
